How to write references in the research articles?
Citing good research paper creates an great impact on your work and it is one of the best way to reduce plagiarism from your paper.
For achieving this convenience, you have to open Google Scholar.
Go to Google scholar and search a research paper you want cite to. In the following figure i have searched my own research paper.
Benefits of Citing others' work:
- To avoid plagiarism by quoting words and ideas used by other authors.
- To be a responsible scholar by giving credit to other researchers and acknowledging their ideas.
- To allow your reader to track down the sources you used by citing them accurately in your paper by way of footnotes, a bibliography or reference list.
Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: articles, theses, books, abstracts and court opinions, from academic publishers, professional societies, online repositories, universities and other web sites.
Click on the Cite button. A box will open with reference options as shown in the below figure. You have to copy one of the patterns and paste it in your paper.
