How to change the size of image in centimeter (cm) / reduce the size of images?

Here in this post, i am going to guide you how to make the scanned images suitable as required by different applications formats.
Lets take the example of UGC Net application form which required following standards:

Images formats for UGC NET 

Before applying online application for UGC NET, the candidates must possess the scanned images as below:- ·

Passport size photograph in JPG format of minimum 4 kb to 40 kb.
The dimension of the photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
Signature in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 30 kb.
The dimension of the signature should be 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height).

Everyone has noticed when we change the dimensions of image in centimeters, the size of the image also get fluctuate. It bothers us the most. So follow is a solution:

1. Go to the and upload the image you want to change the dimensions.

2. Resize : Use it to make your image desirable (x cm * y cm)

3. Convert : choose jpg compression as this compression provide minimum size.

4. Download.

 If the size (kb) of image is still large , then choose the site to reduce the size of image.
